1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and go92 ("go92", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the go92 website located at https://go92.cam and any associated content, tools or services (collectively, the "Platform").

go92 is an English-language information platform providing educational content on online sports betting and casino gaming for users in Pakistan. go92 does not operate a gambling service, does not accept deposits or wagers and does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence. 4. Account Eligibility

To register for and use an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the Operator or the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling content is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor or close family member of go92 or any associated Operator, unless expressly permitted in writing.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or similar restriction imposed by any gambling platform or regulatory body.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an Account by completing the registration process. In doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, address and contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration details to ensure they remain accurate at all times.
• Keep your Account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Register only one Account per person. The creation of multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited.
• Notify go92 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach.

go92 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, ineligibility, breach of these Terms or any activity that go92 deems harmful to the Platform or its users.

6. Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of standard industry practice, Operators referenced on go92 require users to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process before withdrawals are processed or certain Account features are activated. This process is designed to prevent fraud, money laundering and underage gambling.

6.1 Required Documentation

KYC verification typically requires submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport.
• Proof of current residential address (issued within the past three months), such as a utility bill or bank statement.

6.2 Name Matching Requirement

The name registered on your Account must exactly match the name on your KYC documents and on any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. Discrepancies may result in delays, rejection of withdrawal requests or Account suspension.

7.1 Deposits

8.1 Wagering Requirements

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

9.2 Voided Bets

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information, including age, identity or payment details.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account per person, household or device.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional terms through hedging, coordinated low-risk wagering, or use of multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games or any other multiplayer format.
• Use of Automated Tools: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software designed to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals with a bank or payment provider after depositing funds.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, go92 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Content thereon.
• Any reliance placed on Content published on the Platform, including bonus terms, payment information or betting guides.
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any Content, including third-party Operator terms or promotional details.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any feature thereof.
• Any financial loss resulting from gambling activity on a third-party Operator platform.

go92 provides the Platform and all Content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which go92's licensing operator is incorporated or licensed. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

go92 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence, is not regulated by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani authority, and does not claim compliance with Pakistani gambling legislation. Pakistani users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of any online gambling service is lawful under applicable Pakistani law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any right you may have under mandatory provisions of consumer protection law applicable in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
